Intersection intervention

It might be hard to organize, but it might be a fun way to get media attention: get four cute girls to wear educational t-shirts while holding "Deposit your butt here, not on street" containers. They could walk along the cars stopped at busy intersections, and ask smokers if they'd like to get rid of their butts. Would be funny, I think. Each person would have information on both sides of their t-shirts. Information about how long it takes for butts to fully decompose, what animals try to eat butts (?), why butts are litter, etc. It would be fine if a bunch of guys did it, but cute women and the media are a natural combination. Each woman should wear black, long-sleeve shirts with the white t-shirt on top...for a coordinated "white on black" (butt on asphalt) look. They could also hand out business cards with "why not to litter" on one side, and "how to report a litterer" on the other.
