Concerns with Reports to Participating States

I have received a few emails in the past about users who have reported a spouse to make sure the system works -- but they never received a letter.

The States who are participating receive a report every two weeks and then LitterButt.com has no control from there. Unfortunately we're relying no the States to fulfill their end of the deal by sending the letters.

I am hoping to have a contact to post here for each participating State so that you can contact them directly.
